A print preview icon on a main toolbar was incorrect.

Print: Some lines and outlines were not bold enough.

Print: If a printer name contains non-English characters, it failed to get information from a printer, which causes print preview failed.

Print: Changing paper size/direction sometimes didn't trigger the calculation of page layout.

Print: The selection of paper is now using information from printer.

Print: Preview screen got some UI fixes.
