When using "rectangular" cells, meaning using different values for the columns/rows in "count per units" value, which are set in "Chart Information" page, then changing that while editing, the grid drawing got messed up.
The fixed version is on its way.
Meanwhile, please change zoom level if this happens, to refresh the screen. Or, use "square" cells.
My apologies to those who were affected by this issue.
